We may collect information that you or an authorised business user provides while using Address Bro, including:

• Mobile number and one-time password verification information used to sign in.
• Business profile and contact information.
• Customer names, mobile numbers and delivery addresses entered by a business user or confirmed by a customer.
• Your WhatsApp marketing preference and a record of when and where you gave or withdrew that choice.
• Product, order, payment-status, shipping, courier, tracking and expense information.
• Technical and usage information such as browser type, device information, IP address and application activity.
• Information stored on your device to support sign-in, preferences and permitted offline viewing.

We use information to operate and improve Address Bro, including to:

• Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
• Create, confirm, process and track customer orders.
• Display customer, product, shipping and business-expense records to authorised users.
• Send login verification messages and service-related communications.
• Send offers and product updates on WhatsApp only when you have opted in for that business.
• Prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors and maintain the reliability of the service.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

When you request a login code or receive an order update, your mobile number and message are processed using the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Offers and product updates are separate and are sent only when you choose to receive them from the relevant business. Declining marketing does not affect your order or transactional messages. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time, after which future marketing messages must stop. WhatsApp and Meta may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We use service providers to operate Address Bro. These may include Supabase for authentication, database and application services; Meta and WhatsApp for verification messages; Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, only when a visitor permits analytics, to measure website visits and important actions and to build advertising audiences; and infrastructure or hosting providers that deliver the website. We do not send registration phone numbers or email addresses to Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. These providers process information subject to their applicable terms and data-protection commitments.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorised users of the relevant business account, with service providers that operate Address Bro, when you ask us to share it, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate misuse or secure the service.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information while it is needed to provide Address Bro, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it as reasonably practicable. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your Address Bro account. Business owners can correct many customer and order details inside the application. You may decline WhatsApp offers during checkout and may withdraw an earlier marketing opt-in at any time. Website visitors can allow or decline optional analytics and reopen Analytics settings from the landing-page footer. To request deletion, follow our Data Deletion Instructions. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request.

Businesses using Address Bro are responsible for collecting and using their customers' personal information lawfully, providing any required notices, limiting access to authorised staff and keeping their account credentials secure.

Address Bro is a business service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly ask children to create business-owner accounts.

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
