You can request deletion of your Address Bro account and the personal information associated with it. Because deletion cannot be undone, we verify each request before processing it.
How to request deletion

Call or send a WhatsApp message to +91 94453 45941 from the mobile number connected to your Address Bro account.

State your request
Write “Delete my Address Bro account” and include your business name and registered mobile number.

Complete verification
We may ask for additional information to confirm that you are the account owner or an authorised representative.

Receive confirmation
After verification, we will process the request and confirm when the applicable account data has been deleted.
What deletion covers
Account and business-profile information associated with the verified request.
Customer, order, product, shipping and expense records controlled by that account, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Authentication identifiers and active sessions associated with the deleted account.
We may retain limited information when required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Protected backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten through normal backup cycles.
